Marjan Chegounchi

Marjan Chegounchi leads the London Chapter of Shabeh Jomeh. She graduated from St.George's Hospital Medical School, London, UK in 1995. She then moved to Chicago and finished her residency in Internal Medicine at UIC, IL. She finished her fellowship in Nephrology at UMDNJ, Newark, NJ in 2002. She is certified with the American board of Internal Medicine and Nephrology. She is currently working as a Nephrologist in a private practice in Los Angeles, California. Mahshid Chegounchi

Mahshid started the London chapter of Shabehjomeh with her sister Marjan in March 2003. She was born in Tehran, Iran and moved to Uk when she was 13 yeras old. She graduated from Kings College London with a Bachelors degree in Pharmacy and been practicing as a Consultant Pharmacist for the past 10 years. Her passion for Persian heritage and culture keeps her active with few charitable organisations in Iran. she enjoys travelling, art and music.
