May was quite an eventful month. June is much better 😜

This Month we will get together for our event to celebrate huge and impactful events in human history; the “Juneteenth” and the “Pride Month”.

We also want to remind you that how healthy food will improve your health and life style, and also help our beautiful planet “Earth” to be a better place to live.

Please join us for our June event on Next Thursday June 16th at 7 PM at the “Yard House” in their Belt Line location:

1. Pride Month: it Occurs in June in the U.S. to commemorate the Stonewall riots, which occurred at the end of June 1969. As a result, many pride events are held during this month to recognize the impact LGBT people have had in the world.
2. Juneteenth: this is a federal holiday commemorating the emancipation of enslaved African-Americans. It is also often observed for celebrating African-American culture. Originating in Galveston, Texas, it has been celebrated annually on June 19 in various parts of the United States since 1865.
3. National Eat Your Vegetable Day: It happens on June 17th falls in the middle of National Fresh Fruit and Vegetables Month. This celebration is one more opportunity to remind everyone to continue with this part of a healthy diet.
